The chant melody is metered and given a simple but dignified harmony. Once the assembly is comfortable with their response, add the choral ostinato Ora pro nobis. "Pray for us". underneath. Though intended for the Easter Vigil, this setting of the litany would make a marvelous entrance for the feast of All Saints as well.
