Along the route are all manner of villagers, merchants, tradesmen, and wanderers engaged in celebratory dance. Upon arrival at the temple, the Priestess proceeds with her offerings using various incendiary devices and spells. With the ceremony concluded, the people rejoice in what is hoped will be a successful appeal to the great spirits. 40.
