He was a pioneer in teaching traffic safety to children and had two radio programs about children and traffic at the danish Radio. He was also a drummer an a pianist and wrote five marches, among which 'Amalienborg' and 'Dansk Politis Honnormarch'. His popular march 'Diciplin'. 1928. got famous in several European countries.
