yeah it's definitely B flat.

andrew wetzel said himself that the ending of the song was done during post-production because they thought it would sound good. they play the song in drop B at live shows. if you transpose this song to a#/B flat then you'll probably have a hard time playing some parts since you'll have to reach for the 1st fret for all the B chords. just some insight.
