This is a great tab. Some of your notation is a little confusing. What you call an F# in the chorus and at the end is actually a kind of D, or would be if there wasn't a capo on. Also, the two '1's in the tab look like an 11. But an excellent tab all the same

Yeah, this is actually pretty close, definitely better than 3 stars.
F# should be D/F# (200232) - although you don't really hit the high strings.
In the intro and verses it doesn't stay on Em; the pattern is G/G/Em/G.
The notation on the tab for the riffs is a bit confusing (11 looks like 'eleven' but it's really -1-1-). Also, the Em riff is missing a '2' on the G string on the way down (apparently Billy plays it all on the G string: -5-4-2-0-).
I'm embarrassed to say I've been playing this song poorly for 25 years and it never occurred to me to use a capo. It makes things a lot easier!
